Still life lets me explore new ideas, colour palettes and shapes. I love distilling the subject down in both form and composition, simplifying a drawing to find the essence of why I am drawn to paint it, and celebrate the beauty of simple things.

Soaked to the skin
So excited to show you my collection of en plein air studies and studio paintings showing in the beautiful ARTWALL gallery space, Leitrim Design House, in Carrick on Shannon. The exhibition Soaked to the Skin runs all through May until the very end of June. A lovely place to visit to see their beautiful collection of Irish arts and crafts.
